Q: Is it possible to receive services while pregnant?
A: Yes, pregnant clients can receive massages, but precautions are necessary. It's usually recommended to start massages after entering pregnancy's stable phase to avoid early miscarriage risks. As the pregnancy becomes stable, the fetus's security increases, reducing massage-related risks.
Additionally, it's crucial to be mindful of the following:
-
Always consult your primary physician before getting a massage and avoid it without your doctor's consent.
-
Tell the therapist to avoid pressure on the abdomen and to especially avoid strong abdominal stimulation.
-
If you experience any discomfort or unusual sensations during the massage, immediately inform the therapist and cease the session. If symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, or abdominal pain persist, seek immediate medical attention.
Your health and safety are our utmost priorities, and we strive to provide appropriate care.
